Last month's home sales were WAY down compared to April 2019. The last couple of months have been challenging for sellers but baring another widespread outbreak, the Sunshine Coast real estate market may be turning a corner.

Over the next two to four years, I won't be shocked if these changes - along with the obvious benefits of living here - result in our median house price surpassing that of Chilliwack.

As you may have seen, the BC Supreme Court has ruled in favour of the Town of Gibsons and the Eagle View Heights Development.
